Must have led at least one full-cycle, multi-module, cross-border SAP SuccessFactors project. Proficient in all SAP SuccessFactors modules, with expertise in at least three. Strong understanding of global HR trends and challenges, with expertise in localizing SAP SuccessFactors for China (e.g., data compliance, local HR practices, cultural differences). Fluent in English for business communication, technical discussions, and documentation. At least one official SAP SuccessFactors module certification is preferred.
