KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
• Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• SME, collaborate and manager of a team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Software Business Model Strategy is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Requirements Analysis are recommended.
• Develop innovative strategies to optimize business processes and systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Design and implement effective business solutions
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Provide expert guidance and support to the team
