This role reports directly to the US Manager, Account Management, and supports a portfolio of high-impact accounts including: Best Western, AllTrails, Saks, Etsy, SoundCloud, Petco… You will be more specifically responsible for accounts in the US: Your main missions will include: Ensure our Customers achieve their objectives with The DataDome solution. Drive the best customer experience as a trusted advisor throughout the Customer lifecycle Secure 100% of contracts’ renewals. Trigger satisfaction to promote expansion opportunities Expand customers’ revenue through additional products and services Your scope: Know your assigned accounts: understand their business, challenges, and objectives expected with bot protection.
