This team delivers high-impact assessment programs for long-term care, health and social service organizations, powered by HSO, and customized to local needs. You will play a key administrative and support role, managing critical timelines, organizing data, and ensuring smooth coordination of our operations. With strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, you will contribute to process improvements and help keep complex workflows running efficiently. Main Responsibilities: Providing client support, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner. Coordinate logistics for on-site surveys, including scheduling. Edit, format and quality check reports and documents. Manage and update client contact information. Maintain the internal CRM database for efficient access to information. Support the delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including tracking renewal cycles. Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up reports. Offer clients end-user support and guidance for using and accessing HSO’s digital platforms and applications.
