Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Stay current on digital and AI-driven marketing trends to identify, test, and implement new tools and strategies to keep Twilio at the forefront of marketing technology, innovation and efficiency. Collaborate with marketing engineering, analytics, campaign management, product marketing, creative teams, external partners and more to enhance campaign and media performance and drive measurable returns on ad spend. Optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, Twitch, programmatic, premium publishers, software review sites, and more by distilling performance insights and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Oversee partner relationships, including holding quarterly business reviews, performance tracking/ROAS analysis, encouraging product/feature adoption, supporting contractual negotiations, and finding opportunities to increase channel productivity. Contribute to quarterly financial planning and ongoing budget optimizations based on channel and campaign performance to ensure investment delivers maximum results. Partner with engineering and analytics teams to enhance campaign audience segmentation and conversion actions to improve campaign efficiency. Regularly leverage Tableau and other analytics suites to measure campaign performance, diagnose and escalate issues, and build data-driven recommendations for relevant stakeholders. Design, execute, and analyze multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
