PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : Procéder au nettoyage et au lavage du matériel ferroviaire, des voitures de passagers, des pièces et des équipements en atelier. Conduire des locomotives, des véhicules d’entretien et des chariots élévateurs, manipuler des commandes d’aiguillage et procéder au ravitaillement en carburant, aux travaux de sablage et à l’arrosage des locomotives. S’adapter aux nouveaux processus, matériaux et équipements, de même qu’aux nouvelles méthodes. Se conformer aux normes de sécurité établies, y compris en ce qui touche l’utilisation de vêtements de protection et d’équipements de sécurité. Peut être appelé(e) à travailler lors de divers quarts de travail et la fin de semaine, de même qu’à l’extérieur par mauvais temps. Effectuer toute autre tâche attribuée. EXIGENCES : Diplôme d’études secondaires de l’Ontario (DESO) [12e année] ou certificat d’équivalence d’études secondaires.
