Responsabilités principales: Gouvernance financière et conformité Développer, maintenir et faire évoluer le cadre de gouvernance financière de l’entreprise et de l’ensemble de ses filiales. Documenter, renforcer et superviser les contrôles internes afin de garantir l’intégrité des informations financières et opérationnelles. Préparation et supervision des rapports financiers Diriger la production des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels selon les normes comptables applicables (IFRS, US GAAP ou autres). Garantir la qualité, l’exactitude et la ponctualité des états financiers consolidés ainsi que des analyses de performance. Préparer les analyses de gestion, les indicateurs clés de performance, les tableaux de bord exécutifs et les recommandations stratégiques destinées à la direction et au conseil d’administration. Assurer la coordination des travaux avec les auditeurs externes et internes. Conformité mondiale et cadre légal Déployer un programme global de conformité couvrant notamment la gouvernance, les obligations légales, la confidentialité, la gestion documentaire et les normes sectorielles applicables. Superviser la fonction légale interne dans les domaines suivants : Révision et négociation des contrats; Conformité réglementaire dans les différentes juridictions; Interprétation et application des politiques corporatives; Gestion des risques juridiques et réputationnels. Gestion du cash et stratégie financière Mettre en place, maintenir et optimiser une prévision de trésorerie sur 13 semaines, en assurer la fiabilité et la mise à jour continue. Planifier et optimiser les besoins de liquidités, les flux inter-compagnies et la structure du capital. Développer des stratégies de gestion de trésorerie visant à améliorer la liquidité, réduire les risques financiers et soutenir la croissance. Superviser les relations bancaires et financières, incluant le financement, les marges de crédit et les négociations avec les partenaires financiers. Leadership et gestion d’équipe Encadrer, mobiliser et développer les équipes finances et juridiques. Key Responsibilities: Financial Governance and Compliance Develop, maintain and continuously improve the financial governance framework of the company and all its subsidiaries. Implement, harmonize and oversee financial, administrative and compliance policies at a global level. Document, strengthen and oversee internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial and operational information.
