Administración de personal: gestión de nóminas, seguros sociales (Sistema RED), altas, bajas y variaciones de datos. Aplicación e interpretación del convenio colectivo aplicable. Representación de la empresa ante organismos públicos (TGSS, SEPE, Inspección de Trabajo). Asesoramiento a los clientes en materia laboral y de Seguridad Social. ¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?: Formación: Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos, Derecho, o titulaciones afines. Experiencia: Experiencia mínima demostrable de, al menos, 2 años en un puesto de asesoramiento laboral, ya sea en asesoría o en departamento de RR. HH. de empresa.
