Distribute Financial Statements to appropriate individuals for handling in a timely manner. Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail. Handle ADP Reconciliations Handle distribution of COIs Deposit checks Assist with the organization, scheduling, and notification of finance meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute accordingly. Assist with quarterly, annual local tax filings and annual reports. Responsible for copying, filing, scanning, and shredding of various Claims Department documents. Assist with annual corporate filings. Answer provider calls per the Claims Departments’ schedules. Provide administrative assistance and support with letters, Strategic Plan Manuals, reports, presentations, etc. as needed. Demonstrate commitment and dedication to providing administrative support and guidance in the development and deployment of initiatives designed to solve problems and make lives easier. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity BUS plan and goals. Perform all other duties as assigned.
