In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Provide financial business partnering support, delivering accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders in line with GFS service level agreements. * Contribute to the month-end close process, including financial reporting in HFM for P&L, Balance Sheet, working capital metrics, headcount, and other statistical requirements. * Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis for financial statements, covering both P&L and Balance Sheet. * Perform and review balance sheet and control account reconciliations, including monthly bank reconciliations, AP and AR reviews, journal entries, and timely resolution of reconciling items. * Support the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and assist the Senior Specialist with detailed financial analysis. * Prepare and analyze business performance reports for Bookings, Sales, and Backlog, including daily and periodic flash reports and monthly reconciliations. * Deliver cost center reporting and variance analysis for SG&A and COGS. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process automation, standardization, KPI reporting, documentation quality, and collaboration with regional teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
