F. Saul Company Hospitality Group’s internal controls and the accuracy of financial reporting. The ability to perform, as assigned by the Controller, the functions of General Cashier, Income Audit, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll is required. One or more of the previously mentioned accounting functions will be assigned by the Controller and could change at any time. Additionally, this position will assist with month end closing and be required to independently complete projects as assigned by the Controller. Cost Control: Assists all departments in maximizing efficiencies. Assists in identifying maximization of revenue for the hotel and restaurant. Assists department managers in effectively managing expenses and labor costs. Follows procurement guidelines and applies good business judgment. Operational Procedures: Provides leadership support in maintaining established controls and standard procedures. Serves as a resource for all management and hourly staff. Training: Analyzes quality issues, identifies training needs and ensures implementation to improve results. Utilizes available resources and adheres to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group training policies. Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner. Works as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments as necessary Understands and follows B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group guest service recovery program. Safety/Risk Management: Maintains a clean and safe work area in compliance with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, brand, local, state and federal regulations. Follows all B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group procedures for guest/associate incidents.
