Main Accountabilities Manage financial system modules: AP, AR, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payments. Assist with the planning and testing of the Accounts Receivable system for tuition invoicing and collections. Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing for AR projects. Provide ongoing support, training, and issue resolution for finance system users. Review payment collections, deposits, reconciliations, and ledger postings. Conduct period-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting. Generate and analyze accounting reports for management and audits. Collaborate with teams to optimize systems and finance processes. Document configurations and project progress for AR implementation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field. CPA or equivalent is a plus. 5 years in accounting or ERP systems management. Practical Experience in financial system implementation, preferably in Accounts Receivable. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Experience with tuition fee or education finance systems is advantageous. Familiarity with system security and workflow automation.
