Description du poste Rattaché(e) au Payroll & Benefits Manager, l’Assitant(e) Paie et Administration du Personnel contribue à la bonne gestion administrative des collaborateurs du Groupe France, ainsi qu’au traitement des bulletins de paie dans le respect de la législation sociale et des procédures internes. Contrat CDD de 1 an à compter de Septembre 2026. Missions : Administration du Personnel Embauche du collaborateur : DPAE, affiliation à la mutuelle et à la médecine du travail ; Départ du collaborateur : Radiation auprès des organismes, préparation du solde de tout compte ; Suivre et anticiper les rendez-vous des collaborateurs auprès de la médecine du travail ; Constituer et mettre à jour les dossiers du personnel ; Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs (attestations, demandes sur les congés…). Paie Suivre les absences des collaborateurs : Maladie, maternité, et autres absences ; afin de garantir leur bon traitement sur le bulletin de paie et par la CPAM le cas échéant ; Saisir et contrôler les éléments variables de paie ; Traiter les demandes d’acompte et les oppositions sur salaire ; Participer au contrôle des bulletins de paie.
