We cross train for front and back-office duties and expect flexibility and multi-tasking abilities with great attention to detail and accuracy. The role of a medical assistant within AARA is to assist Physicians and APCs by greeting patients, taking vitals and weight, answering patient questions, and rooming them to be seen by the Physician or APC.
