You will help the Store Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. Assistant Managers are responsible for: * Assisting the Store Manager and other management members with all facets of the successful operations for Par Mar Stores. * Providing high level of leadership to the store and the employees. * Supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively.
