The Administrative Assistant is a deadline-driven professional with a strong work ethic and experience in office administration. Responsibilities Ensure a positive first impression for visitors and candidates by maintaining the reception, common areas, and lobby of the Leetonia office. Represent the company by maintaining a welcoming, professional presence that reflects our values of caring, integrity, safety and growth. Register visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that safety protocol is met and PPE is provided as needed Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate personnel by maintaining current phone lists. Provide administrative support including: Scheduling meetings Account reconciliation Filing, copying, scanning, faxing, etc. Conduct inventory and order office supplies. Manage catering and meal orders for meetings and special events, ensuring that receipts are managed appropriately. Maintain professional and tidy conference rooms and common areas, ensuring that conference rooms are not double-booked and that they are always stocked. Ensure that dishwashers are run and emptied as needed. Review correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations. Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are properly archived and easily accessible. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. Support various projects and initiatives. Partner with Executive Assistant and Human Resources Team to execute enterprise-wide projects, events, and initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
