Established communication with the Account Owners, Stakeholders and globally located departments. Updating documentation related to the reporting process. 1st level support for the queries related to the data quality in specific reports. Working on problems/projects from moderately to considerable complex scope. Auditing reports prepared by other team members to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards.
