Salary from  $25 - 33/hour depending upon experience   Duties and Responsibilities * Run daily alert reports to determine systems that are in Communications Failure * Troubleshoot, and correct Communications Failure when possible * Contact customer directly, if needed * Create work order if unable to resolve Communications Failure and send to servicing branch * Communicate with the assigned branch coordinator as needed * If the system must be upgraded, or equipment needs to be replaced, inform customer of the situation, send a proposal along with a new monitoring agreement to reflect the new equipment and rate (if applicable) * Support branches with all monitored equipment tech related questions, concerns and issues. * Train and mentor team members on how to understand communication issues on alarm panels * Other duties as assigned by manager. * Follow Koorsen policies and procedures. * Ensure timely and professional communication with coworkers, customers and vendors. * Represent Koorsen in a professional manner.
