We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Open Learning: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Planning and implementing the provision of student learning support and activities, special projects and functions of the School; Preparing promotional and publicity materials of the School; Providing support to programmes of the Ethics College; Performing data processing and compilation of statistical reports and correspondence; Providing general administrative and clerical support to School operations; Supervising and providing frontline services on roster basis, and handling students’ and external parties’ enquiries; Coordinating and liaising with internal and external parties at various levels; and Performing any other duties as assigned. The appointee will be required to perform duties occasionally on weekday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
