Office Supplies: · Routinely complete inventory of office supplies, organize supply closet, review inventory in Su Casa area of building, verify delivery of supplies and place office supplies in inventory closet and/or copy rooms. · Restock copy machines with paper and maintain cleanliness of copy machines in each copy room. · Clean desk surface and drawers of new hires. Hospitality Administration: · Greet, assist clients and visitors. · Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, kitchen equipment and fridges, microwaves and all refrigerators including defrosting the fridges monthly. · Maintain daily cleanliness of coffee stations on all floors. · Maintain tidiness of lobby areas including vacuuming and sweeping as needed. Office Equipment: · Operate all Office Administration Services machinery including fax, copiers, scanners, and binding equipment. · Scan and combine large documents per firm employee request(s). · Produce CDs and flash drives as requested. · Routinely wipe down Office Administration Services countertops and machinery.
