This role supports the Support Services Manager and requires someone who is organized, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable balancing changing priorities WORK HOURS: Full time, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, following the agency calendar. LOCATION: 612 Oglesby Street, Normal, IL. PAY: Hourly/ non-exempt, starting at $18.00 per hour, more based on experience and education. Provides administrative and clerical support to the Support Services Manager, including data entry, reporting, and operational coordination. Assists with scheduling, tracking projects and overdue tasks, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and supporting efficient daily facility and nutrition services operations Maintains a calendar of regular inspections of Baby Fold properties and leased properties and monitors completion annually. Assists with ISBE on-site reviews, corrective actions, and follow-up related to deficiencies or compliance requirements. Assists in completing annual food inventory for year-end financial statements. Maintains records of training in compliance with OSHA, Health Department, and National School Nutrition Program requirements. Manages allergy forms, routinely checking that they are current and notifying the nurse of any menu changes. Assists as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
