Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures. Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and following post orders for after-hours coverage, deliveries, and restricted areas. Minimum Requirements: 2 or more years of security-related experience are required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
