JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using management software and tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends as needed.
  • Valid Smart Serve Ontario Certificate
