Gestionar los respaldos de información. Administrar y gestionar servidores físicos, switches, APs y otros dispositivos de networking en las localidades del cliente (Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia y Colombia). Configurar redes LAN, WAN y WIFI. Brindar soporte a equipos de red. Brindar soporte básico a equipos Citrix y escalar al proveedor ante solicitudes de mayor complejidad. Gestionar y brindar soporte básico a equipos firewall. Escalar y dar seguimiento a soluciones con los diferentes fabricantes y proveedores de infraestructura, comunicaciones, redes y seguridad. Requisitos:  Tecnólogo o Ingeniero en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Redes, Informática o carreras afines. Mínimo 1 a 2 años de experiencia en soporte de infraestructura, redes o data center. Conocimientos básicos de infraestructura cloud (VMware u otros). Administración y soporte de Windows Server. Monitoreo de infraestructura, red y enlaces. Gestión de respaldos de información. Administración de servidores físicos y dispositivos de networking (switches, APs, firewalls). Experiencia en manejo de proveedores, compras, bodegas e inventarios. Deseable experiencia en empresas de tecnología, servicios, telecomunicaciones o IT. Uso de ERP (SAP, Oracle u otros) y Excel nivel intermedio–avanzado. Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
