Description de l'entreprise Situé à Oncy-sur-Ecole et limitrophe de Milly-la-Forêt (91), notre magasin est un supermarché de proximité, à taille humaine. Pour poursuivre son développement, nous cherchons un(e) employé(e) commercial(e) pour rejoindre l'équipe en charge des rayons FRAIS libre-service. Description du poste Veille à la bonne tenue du secteur caisses-accueil (propreté, fonctionnement, fluidité…). Assure les travaux comportant une part d’initiative et de responsabilité dans son secteur. Coordonne le travail de l’équipe sous l’autorité de son/ sa responsable et est à même de le/la suppléer en cas d’absence occasionnelle de celui/celle-ci. Il/ elle peut selon le cas, le seconder. Accueil et relation client Informe et accompagne les clients dans leurs parcours client caisse, répond aux demandes de renseignements avec l’attitude commerciale adéquate. Valorise auprès d’eux les outils de fidélisation. Est responsable de l’accueil physique ou téléphonique des personnes extérieures et/ou des clients du PDV. Prend en compte les litiges clients et informe son/sa responsable de l’ensemble des remarques clients. Effectue les prises de commandes spécifiques, établit les factures sur demande des clients, remplit les documents de garantie. Assure les opérations de services du point de vente (location et reprise de matériel, retrait-colis…). Veille au bon fonctionnement des équipements en libre-service. Anime la démarche de relation client auprès des collaborateurs de son secteur sous la responsabilité de sa hiérarchie. S’assure de l’affichage de la PLV et l’ILV au sein du secteur. Réalise l’animation du PDV dans le cadre d’opérations spécifiques ; propose l’animation d’évènements au sein du secteur, les mets en œuvre après validation. Opérations et gestion de caisse Participe à la mise en place et au suivi des plans d’actions correctifs définis par sa hiérarchie. Suit les performances horaires du secteur et de chaque hôte(sse). Vérifie le fonctionnement du parc de caisse et alerte sa hiérarchie en cas de dysfonctionnements. Prend une caisse si le service à la clientèle le nécessite et procède aux encaissements. Effectue des opérations de caisse- accueil, notamment : ouverture et fermeture de caisse, échange de monnaie, contrôle des moyens de paiement, remboursements et échanges, gestion des bons de réduction, annulations, retours et règlement des litiges, comptage et clôture de la caisse, élaboration des remises en banque et contrôle des tickets récapitulatifs etc. Est responsable du comptage correct et de la remontée d’information auprès de son manager (écarts de caisse, fonds de caisse etc.) Est en charge de classer les documents financiers relatif à la caisse (répartitions de CA journalier, feuilles de statistiques caisses etc.) et de remonter les documents liés aux retours/ remboursements au service comptable. Indique la valeur du coffre dans un cahier de suivi afin d’assurer une traçabilité. Assure l’approvisionnement du DAB et des monnayeurs. Gère les consommables de son secteur. Participe à la réalisation des inventaires et à la mise en place des actions de lutte anti-démarque. Coordination Sous la responsabilité de son/sa manager : coordonne le travail entre les collaborateurs du secteur et informe la direction de toutes les difficultés quant à l'application des consignes au sein du secteur. Est amené(e) à seconder son/sa manager, ou à le/la remplacer de façon ponctuelle lors de ses absences. Gère opérationnellement la prise des pauses des collaborateurs. Communique les informations nécessaires aux hôtes(esses) : opérations promotionnelles et de fidélité, liste des clients douteux, etc. Est support notamment des hôtes(sses) de caisse et d’accueil. Participe à l'intégration des nouveaux collègues. Hygiène/ Qualité/ Sécurité Respecte la législation dans l’ensemble des domaines relevant de sa compétence et vérifie le respect de cette législation. Remonte à la direction toute difficulté de mise en œuvre. Respecte les règles d’hygiène et qualité (ex : procédures concernant le retrait ou retrait-rappel des produits, respect de la chaîne du froid, propreté de son poste de travail…) Respecte la réglementation en matière d’affichage, d’étiquetage, d’informations clients, de prix.
