L’assistant Support IT agit sur tous les périmètres IT et Systèmes Adagio : Environnement Sites : Infrastructure réseau, renouvellements hardware, WIFI, PMS et interfaces, logiciels Accor connexes à Opera Cloud, téléphonie, TV, monétique… Environnement Siège : tous les outils liés aux systèmes d’information RH, Comptabilité/Finance, RM, BI, … Les séquences du traitement des demandes support : Réception et qualification des demandes. Traitement des demandes de niveau 1, ou transfert à un niveau supérieur, expertises, prestataires… Information de la bonne prise en compte et suivi de la demande jusqu’à la réponse au demandeur initial. Vous alimenterez un reporting de nos demandes de support.
