Oppizi is currently looking to hire several energetic Sales Specialist to distribute flyers in Québec City.
We are an advertising & marketing firm specializing in offline marketing campaigns and we are in search of energetic and reliable Brand Ambassadors or Direct-to-Consumer Sales Specialists that are results-driven in helping promote popular brands such as Uber, UberEats, Doordash, etc.

SUMMARY

We’re not looking for retail cashiers or in-store greeters. Oppizi’s Brand Ambassadors are mini “growth engines”—people who can confidently strike up conversations with strangers, explain an offer in 30 seconds, and keep doing it hundreds of times a week. If you’ve thrived in door-to-door sales, face-to-face fundraising, street-team promotions, event lead-gen, or high-volume cold-calling, you’ll feel right at home (and get paid for every conversion you drive).

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ months of experience in direct prospecting roles (door-to-door sales, street canvassing, charity fundraising, field marketing, lead-gen at events or kiosks, or outbound cold-calling).
• Comfortable approaching strangers continuously for a 3-hour shift and handling rejection with a smile.
• Physically able to stand/walk outdoors for extended periods and carry a small backpack of flyers.
• Smartphone with data (iOS / Android) to log performance in real time.
• Reliable, punctual, and driven by targets—your commission depends on it!
• Fluent English communication—able to deliver clear, engaging pitches and adapt language on the fly.

• Approach & engage passers-by in high-foot-traffic areas, introduce offers from Uber Eats, DoorDash and other partners, and hand them a flyer with a QR code.
• Deliver a tight pitch that sparks interest fast and overcomes objections on the spot.
• Hit clear daily targets for scans, sign-ups or redemptions—earn extra commission every time you exceed them.
• Track results in the Oppizi mobile app and share feedback with your City Manager so we can keep optimising locations and messaging.
• Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude—rain, shine, or snow.
