Vous êtes au cœur de la performance commerciale et occupez un rôle central dans la conduite des actions stratégiques et opérationnelles. Vos principales responsabilités 1. Pilotage et encadrement des équipes commerciales Animer, motiver et fédérer une équipe commerciale autour d’objectifs communs (réunions mensuelles, cadrage des cibles, indicateurs de performance). Coordonner les activités commerciales dans une logique d’optimisation collective et individuelle. Évaluer la performance de vos collaborateurs via des entretiens bimensuels, analyses de KPI et mise en œuvre d’actions correctives. Accompagner le développement des compétences : identification des besoins, mise en place de formations adaptées. Intervenir en tant que référent terrain sur les dossiers complexes, notamment lors des phases de négociation. 2. Déploiement de la stratégie commerciale Définir et mettre en œuvre le plan d’action commercial pour les segments grands comptes, ETI et secteur public (objectifs, ciblage, conquête de nouveaux marchés). Élaborer le budget opérationnel de votre département en collaboration avec les directions financière, RH et commerciale. Participer au positionnement stratégique de Free Pro en analysant les évolutions du marché, la concurrence et les opportunités de croissance. Contribuer aux opérations de marketing opérationnel : salons, événements, partenariats, sponsoring. Favoriser la transformation digitale pour renforcer l’efficacité commerciale et l’expérience client. Co-animer le Comité d’Engagement Commerce pour valider les affaires stratégiques. Garantir la bonne application de la politique commerciale sur votre périmètre. 3. Suivi et analyse de la performance Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés (CA, marge, taux de conversion, satisfaction client, etc.) par équipe, zone ou collaborateur. Produire des reportings détaillés et des tableaux de bord pour la Direction. Réajuster les plans d’action en fonction des performances et proposer des axes d’optimisation. Qualifications Compétences techniques Expérience confirmée de 8 ans minimum en management d’équipe commerciale, idéalement dans les télécoms ou les services IT/B2B. Excellente connaissance des techniques de vente complexes, de la gestion de la relation client (CRM) et des enjeux de marge et de rentabilité. Maîtrise des offres de l’écosystème télécoms/cloud/IT. Connaissance approfondie du marché des grands comptes et des enjeux sectoriels (public, privé, industrie, services).
