The role will assess improvement opportunities from local HR teams, evaluate feasibility and cost-effort implications, and support selected initiatives through to implementation. The role also includes hands-on delivery of small scale automations and improvements using low code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps and Smartsheet and tools like Excel, MS Office and RPA. Key Accountabilities Act as the primary contact for managing HR system change requests and incidents. Independently deliver simple automations using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office tools. Explore and apply low-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet) for repetitive tasks and process improvements. Coordinate with HR Digital and country teams to ensure timely resolution and documentation. Maintain logs and dashboards for tracking and reporting. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with country HR teams to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Evaluate suggestions based on effort, cost, and impact. Support implementation of selected initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and change management. Automation & Tools Enablement Maintain documentation and training materials for implemented solutions. Ensure alignment with global HR systems and processes. Provide regular updates to regional leadership.
