This includes, but is not limited to databases, JICS, J1Web, Infomaker. Work with Jenzabar Professional Services and Support to troubleshoot, test, maintain, and upgrade these systems. * Maintains, supports, and - as necessary - develops new functionality in JICS – Malone Xpress information portlets and applications in C#, CSS, javascript. The JICS platform is Microsoft IIS server based. Malone Xpress is the campus Intranet portal. * Maintains, supports, and develops middleware data import/exports between Malone systems and external system providers. ETL (extract, transform, load) operations will be completed using available toolkits including Constituo (platform), APIs (Postman), Microsoft SQLServer, Powershell Scripting, Informatica, Python, Java, Git, and others as needed. * Cross-trains and provides backup and support for other members of the Business Systems team. * Develops policies and/or procedures for this position as needed. * Other duties as assigned.
