Votre cible ? Vous adresserez les professionnels de l'Hospitality afin de commercialiser nos solutions digitales (site internet, social média, chatbot, callbot...) sur le périmètre Nord-Ouest (et plus précisément sur les régions de la Normandie, la Bretagne, et les Pays de la Loire !). Vos missions seront : Prospection & développement commercial : Suivre les leads entrants et les transformer en opportunités commerciales. Réaliser des actions de prospection terrain (et multicanales : phoning, emailing, réseaux, salons, webinaires). Assurer les démonstrations Vente & accompagnement des clients existants : Présenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités et modules complémentaires. Accompagner les clients dans l’évolution de leur parc logiciel et les fidéliser (upsell, cross-sell). Suivi & reporting : Suivre vos actions commerciales dans le CRM.
