KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of consulting, technology and banking
- Ability to create technology, business and product visuals applicable to different audiences’ needs
- Ability to present information and recommendations in a clear and succinct way and able to focus on key points to portray the intended message or purpose
- Ability to effectively research, analyze, problem-solve and integrate complex perspectives
- Ability to serve as a source of expert advice, influence change, and frame information in a broader organizational context
- Ability to be effective at facilitating diverse groups of people, both in-person and remote, asking the right probing questions to spark dialogue and engage stakeholders to take action
- Ability to develop strong relationships with partners (both from IT and the Business) and effective at consulting at all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives
- Ability to embrace ambiguities and lead teams to reach shared goals and understandings
- Excellent interviewing and active listening skills, maintaining a strategic and customer-centric perspective

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 5+ years IT business management or technology consulting experience required
- Program, project, or product management experience, particularly relevant to project or product delivery of a technical nature preferred
- Agile, design thinking, and innovation experience within banking or financial services preferred
- Strategic planning & analysis knowledge preferred
- Diagramming, workflows and/or visual story telling experience preferred
- Facilitating certification preferred
- Business Architecture certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $102,500 to $121,000 annually. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
