Responsibilities– The Business Analyst will support the delivery of global payments solutions by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable stories. The role focuses on cross-border payments processing, SWIFT messaging (MT/MX), and statement reconciliation, ensuring accurate, scalable, and compliant solutions Primary duties will include : Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for payment and reconciliation systems Convert requirements into structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria Maintain and groom the product backlog aligned with product priorities Analyze and map SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX messages across systems Work with bank statements (MT940/950, CAMT.053) and reconciliation logic Translating complex payment flows into clear functional solutions Support UAT, defect triage, and validation of MT/MX outputs This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.
