Develop standard operating procedures and quality assessment and control processes. Gather and analyze data for potential business and operational process development. Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements. Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders. Develop and maintain reporting tools. Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling. Collaborate with leadership and project managers on roadmap planning and prioritization. Perform all other tasks as assigned. BA/BS Degree (degree in Computer Science/Management preferred) or 10 years of related skills and experience is required. Secret or Higher Clearance Five (5) years management and supervision in a military environment. Understanding of the Recruiting or Cadet Command Systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Superior presentation and negotiation skills Strong management and organizational skills Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of all the computer-based tools for project management.
