In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative Dynamics 365 solutions and the clients who need them. Build a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and events. Understand client business challenges and design tailored D365 solutions that meet their needs. Present proposals, demos, and business cases to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are understood and achievable. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Keep up-to-date with Dynamics 365 product updates, market trends, and competitor activities. Achieve agreed sales KPIs and revenue targets. Commercially driven: you enjoy winning new business and building strong client relationships. Knowledgeable about Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Power Platform) and its business value. A great communicator: you can explain complex solutions in simple, compelling ways to senior stakeholders.
