Description Summary: The Manager, Business Development will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with our existing OEM partners, leading to the expansion of growth opportunities. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new OEM partner relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Assumes full responsibility to manage specific OEM partner accounts Ensures OEM partner agreement/contract compliance and deliverables are achieved Conducts Program Management Reviews (PMR) required in the contract Negotiate Agreements, including renewals and expansions Creates an annual OEM budget based on agreement, historical sales, and market conditions Establishes prosperous long-term relationships with assigned OEM partners Handles OEM partner questions, resolves issues/problems Create presentations; prepare executive brief, PowerPoint templates, etc. Meet or exceed prescribed KPI targets Identifies revenue growth opportunities within OEM partner agreements and creates Salesforce campaigns Recognize improvement opportunities; execute the improvement plan and follow Support Sales Team and Business Development Travel requirements: Approximately 30% or as required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
