ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) ideally based in Central/North of the UK Covering from Conwy, Liverpool, Leeds and Hull up to and including Scotland and any of our branch’s in-between. Within this role you will be an strategic advisor and will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and driving people strategies that align with business objectives. The role blends operational HR expertise with strategic thinking, ensuring talent management, performance, employee engagement, and workforce planning initiatives support both immediate and long-term goals. By collaborating with Centres of Excellence (CoEs), Shared Services, and HRIS, the HRBP will deliver an effective, data-driven HR service that enhances organisational success and employee experience. An ideal location for this role would be around the Leeds, Nottingham or M62 corridor, to enable travel required.
