Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead, you’ll work closely with Heads of Operations and their leadership teams to provide strategic and operational HR support. Within our Centre of Excellence model, this is a true generalist role, balancing advisory work with program delivery across:

  • Leadership and capability development
  • Organisational culture and employee engagement
  • Workforce planning and people strategy implementation
  • Employee relations and performance management

This role will require occasional travel to sites across Western Sydney and the ACT.
