Per ampliamento del nostro organico stiamo ricercando una figura di BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - OIL & GAS Descrizione: La figura sarà inserita nel gruppo commerciale a riporto diretto del Sales & Vertical Markets Director e avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo della strategia commerciale e nella gestione delle relazioni con i principali clienti attivi e prospect nel settore Oil & Gas in ambito upstream, midstream e downstream. In particolare avrà le seguenti responsabilità principali: Sviluppare opportunità di business nel mercato Oil & Gas identificando nuovi clienti e progetti di interesse con focus su impianti di trattamento e trasporto, impianti di raffinazione e petrolchimici, revamping e debottlenecking di impianti esistenti, servizi di ingegneria multidisciplinare, site services, HSE e commissioning. Gestire e consolidare i rapporti con clienti strategici quali operatori O&G, EPC contractor, società di servizi industriali garantendo continuità e crescita del portafoglio. Promuovere il cross-selling di tutti i servizi Seingim, con particolare attenzione a ingegneria multidisciplinare, project management, supporto in campo, permitting, qualità/HSE, direzione lavori e servizi di owner engineering. Coordinarsi con i team tecnici e di gara per elaborare offerte tecnico-economiche competitive assicurando tempi di risposta rapidi e coerenza con la strategia commerciale definita dalla Direzione. Monitorare il mercato anticipando le esigenze dei clienti ad es. decarbonizzazione, efficienza energetica, nuovi standard HSE, etc. Partecipare a eventi, fiere e momenti di networking del settore Oil & Gas per aumentare la visibilità e il posizionamento del Gruppo. Garantire reporting periodico e aggiornamento del CRM aziendale assicurando tracciabilità delle opportunità e qualità dei dati commerciali. Gestione e mantenimento del budget assegnato Profilo ricercato Il candidato ideale ha i seguenti requisiti: - Formazione accademica in ambito tecnico-economico, business administration o esperienza equivalente. - Esperienza consolidata (minimo 5 anni) in ruoli commerciali, account management o sviluppo business nel settore Oil & Gas. - Conoscenza approfondita delle logiche tecnico-commerciali legate a impianti di processo, EPC e servizi di ingegneria complessi, progetti brownfield/greenfield, standard HSE e normative tecniche di settore. - Eccellenti capacità di gestione di interlocutori complessi (operatori, EPC, OEM, società di servizi). - Visione strategica e approccio consulenziale orientato al valore. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata. - Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia (circa 50%) e all’estero quando richiesto dai progetti. Costituiscono titolo preferenziale Esperienza diretta in gare e offerte EPC, contratti complessi o servizi di ingegneria multidisciplinare nel settore O&G. Conoscenza del mercato internazionale e dei principali attori Oil & Gas. Familiarità con modelli di analisi economica e valutazione di CAPEX/OPEX. Esperienza in attività di cross-selling su servizi integrati tecnico-commerciali. Competenze nell’utilizzo di CRM e strumenti di reporting commerciale.
