Our company, located in Sderot, is seeking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager for Land Electro-Optical Systems.   Responsibilities: Initiate and manage marketing campaigns in the international military market Lead cross-organizational business development processes Maintain close relationships with business partners and end users Achieve short- and long-term new business targets   Requirements: Relevant academic degree MBA or equivalent – an advantage At least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex international programs and/or leading marketing campaigns and business development Experience and background in land-based electro-optical warfare systems – an advantage Experience in the defense industry – an advantage Experience as a Marketing Manager in a multidisciplinary business company – an advantage Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and proven ability to lead marketing campaigns Excellent interpersonal skills – a true team player Ability to work independently with various client levels, excellent communication and presentation skills, professional presence Very high level of English (written and spoken) Additional languages – an advantage Willingness to work intensively, including irregular hours Willingness to travel abroad frequently, including for extended periods Relevant military background – an advantage     The position is open to all genders.
