Primary Activities/Duties Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Energy & Power markets, including EVCI, BESS, renewables, and power grid sectors. Strengthen Rittal’s market position and expand its footprint across key verticals. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to shape messaging and promotional strategies for social media and sales collateral. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partners. Represent Rittal at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements. Requirements Ability to travel regionally and nationally for customer visits, events, and internal meetings. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in SAP (APO PP/DS preferred), Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDM/PLM systems. Analytical mindset with a collaborative spirit and agile approach to change. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
