This position will begin in August 2026 and is a full-time, benefits-eligible appointment. Assistant/ Associate/ Full Professor of Leadership Studies Responsibilities: Provide high-quality instruction, supervision, and evaluation of students in leadership courses. Contribute to course and program assessments to ensure academic excellence. Teach a total of 12 credit hours each semester. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the PhD in Global Leadership and Change curriculum to maintain relevance and innovation. Participate in professional, university, and community service activities aligned with the mission and values of the institution. Actively engage in and contribute to grant-funded research initiatives, enhancing scholarly activities and interdisciplinary collaboration. Serve as a student mentor each semester, supporting their academic and professional development by helping them explore career paths and achieve their goals. Support the students within the PhD in Global Leadership and Change in publishing and presenting at conferences. Participate in university, college, and departmental events, including open houses, recruitment efforts, and community outreach activities to strengthen program visibility and enrollment. Experience supervising doctoral dissertations with the ability to mentor and guide doctoral students through dissertation research.
