Additionally, the Wellness Director supervises the licensed nurses and other direct care staff in the community to ensure residents receive quality care while being treated with respect and dignity. Ensures residents are prepared for physical appointments Ensures in-house ancillary medical services are scheduled and completed Qualifications: LPN/LVN or RN license Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Previous management experience Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion Basic computer skills, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed Pay: $105,000 to $115,000 annual salary, based on experience
