Does cross coding and item-related quality checks on a daily basis. May act as a back-up to other coders when needed; Keep track/document special instructions related to category assignment. Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules. Ensure accuracy throughout the process, from validation before database setup to managing samples, and identify areas for improvement. Answer external questions and act as a liaison with everyone from clients to stakeholders; To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product related queries.
