Scope of the Role The Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day operational workflows across inventory, fulfilment, and backend ecommerce systems. This role starts as part-time for the first few months and transitions into full-time. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify and CIN7, a strong operational mindset, and preferably a background in the beauty industry. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain product data, inventory levels, and order flows across Shopify and CIN7. Coordinate fulfilment processes, troubleshoot order issues, and ensure timely shipments. Monitor stock levels, incoming POs, supplier timelines, and warehouse communication. Execute SKU updates, product launches, and operational tasks supporting the ecommerce calendar. Perform routine QA checks across systems to ensure data accuracy and operational consistency. Support customer service escalation by providing operational insights (inventory, order status, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, marketing, and finance to streamline operations. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements for smoother backend workflows. Requirements: Must have: Strong experience with Shopify and CIN7 (mandatory).
