Vous intégrerez le département ICT et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Service Desk et Workplace, responsables du support opérationnel pour les utilisateurs d’un groupe international. L’environnement technologique comprend : Environ 4 500 utilisateurs répartis sur plus de 60 sites dans 7 pays ; Deux datacenters principaux basés en Belgique regroupant plus de 480 serveurs ; Un WAN intégrant plus de 50 sites interconnectés. Vos missions principales sont les suivantes : Administration et maintenance de System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) ; Création et gestion d’images systèmes et de paquets d’installation via Software Center ; Gestion des mises à jour PC et serveurs à travers SCCM ; Développement de scripts PowerShell et mise à jour des procédures internes ; Participation à la veille technologique et à la mise en place de solutions d’amélioration continue ; Gestion de la CMDB et production de rapports de suivi ; Traitement des incidents et demandes de changement de niveau 2.
