Kinetic are working alongside a very successful engineering company based in Hadfield with recruiting a Permanent, Full time Goods Inwards Inspector. The company are and are looking for someone to contribute to the on going growth.

As the Good Inward Inspector, you will be tasked with the following:

• Inspecting the goods that are incoming from external suppliers
• Recording the goods received on the computer systems
• Move machined parts from production area to goods inward
• Managing any returns
• Labelling and Bagging the received goods
• Raise any goods received non-conformance that may be found through the company’s computer systems
• Assisting with the investigations of any non-conformance on the goods received if and when required
• Ensuring that all goods - internal and external - are functioning to requirements (calibration)

Although there will be some training for the Goods Inward Inspector, you need to meet the below criteria:

• Knowledge of measuring equipment - Gauges/Verniers
• Knowledge and awareness of Quality Assurance
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Computer Literate and also Manual Dexterity
• Methodical and focused approach to work and a team player
• Able to work effectively and accurately under time pressure
• Flexible and prepared to help with other areas as and when required
• Positive attitude and keen to learn

• FLT Licence - Counter Balance
• XRF Analyser Testing
• Knowledge / Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards
• Internal and External Auditing Knowledge

• £27040.00 Salary
• Hours of work are Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm, Friday, 7am to 1pm
