Key Responsibilities Executive & Operational Coordination Coordinate high-level meetings across multiple time zones for executives, clients, and project teams. Manage the operational cadence of the Consulting Division—including executive calendars, leadership reviews, and cross-departmental updates. Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity, discretion, and seamless communication. Handle confidential materials and sensitive communications with utmost professionalism. Program & Project Management Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team resourcing to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
