Requirements Lactalis American Group part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a MF/Pretreatment Operator III-Fluids Department based in Nampa, ID .The RSPC Pretreatment Operator is a dual-duty position, including Microfiltration (MF) and Whey Pre-treatment. While working MF: independently runs the whole MF system and both milk skimming systems (“MF” and “HTST#1”). Manages the skim milk, sweet cream, and the MF retentate silos. Stays in close communication with the Milk Intake and the Mozzarella Make departments. While working the Whey Pre-treatment: independently runs the whey pre-treatment system, runs separators, and the whey cream UHT system. Manages the whey buffer silos. Stays in close communication with the whey plant.
