Chargé(e) de projet et en estimation aura les responsabilités de soutien à la gestion de projets et en estimation. Le ou la candidat(e) doit connaître les termes de construction et son fonctionnement.
Voici les principales responsabilités :

Responsabilités en gestion de projet

  • Assistance à la planification : Contribuer à l’élaboration du calendrier des projets, au suivi des différentes étapes et à la coordination des équipes.
  • Suivi et coordination : Veiller à la bonne communication entre les parties prenantes, organiser des réunions de suivi, et tenir à jour les rapports d’avancement.
  • Gestion de la documentation : Gestion des fiches techniques, des dessins d’atelier, création des QRT, etc. Assurer la mise à jour des documents de projet, tels que les plans, les devis et les comptes rendus de réunion. Gestion des billets de pesée et contrôle qualité des activités sur les chantiers.
  • Communication avec les parties prenantes : Transmettre les informations pertinentes aux équipes, aux clients, aux fournisseurs, proactivité, débrouillardise et ponctuel.
  • Magasinage et commande des matériaux : S’assurer que les commandes correspondent aux soumissions, aux plans, aux devis et qu’elles respectent le budget.
  • Support administratif : Organiser les aspects logistiques du projet, comme les réservations, la gestion des courriels, et la préparation de documents.

Responsabilités en estimation

  • Faire des estimations de coûts : Relevé les quantités sur les plans et lire les documents contractuels tel que les devis à l’aide du logiciel TakeOFF et transmettre les informations sur dans le modèle de soumission et tous les tâches connexes à l’estimation.
  • Analyse des plans et devis : Examiner les plans techniques, les spécifications et les devis pour préparer des estimations précises.
  • Recherche et comparaison de prix : Rechercher des fournisseurs, obtenir des soumissions, et comparer les coûts pour optimiser le budget du projet.
  • Mise à jour des bases de données : Maintenir une base de données des prix et des fournisseurs pour faciliter les estimations futures.

Compétences et qualifications

  • Techniques : Connaissance en estimation de coûts et maîtrise de logiciels comme MS Project, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Take OFF, connaissance de base sur l’environnement tel que l’étude géotechnique et le génie civil.
  • Organisationnelles : Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en planification.
  • Analyse et précision : Attention aux détails pour l’exactitude des estimations et des suivis de projet.
  • Capacité de jugement et de résolution de problèmes : Avoir un bon jugement et excellente capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
  • Communication : Compétences interpersonnelles solides pour collaborer avec divers intervenants.
  • Étude ou expériences : DEC technique en génie civil, BAC en génie civil ou construction, toutes les certifications en estimation, avoir un parcours similaire au poste d’adjoint(e) de projets et en estimation. Avoir un minimum d’expérience de 1 à 2 ans dans la construction au Québec.
